User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User”) and SoBiz Africa Inc. when you use the SobizAfrica Services.

1. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

2. Seller responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the products and services you sell, including their legality, quality and fulfilment.
• You must comply with applicable consumer protection, tax and commerce laws.
• You must accurately represent prices, availability, delivery and payment terms.

3. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant SoBiz Africa Inc. a limited license to host and display it as needed to provide the Services.

4. Fees

Fees, if any, are described in your subscription or service order. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this Agreement, fraud, or risk to other users.

6. Changes

We may update this Agreement; material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance.
